Dionne Warwick has jumped to Beyoncé's defense amid criticism over her latest ad campaign for Levi's.

Warwick's response came after Piers Morgan accused Bey of "cultural appropriation" after her new ad for Levi's debuted.

“Very disappointed to see Beyoncé culturally appropriate Marilyn Monroe in her new Levi’s ad," Morgan said alongside a photo of the singer's campaign.

On Wednesday (August 6), Warwick clapped back at Morgan over his critique of the 35-time Grammy award winner.

“Getting involved in women’s business again, I see…” Warwick tweeted.

The legendary singer also agreed with a fan who said Morgan's comments were "giving obsessed."

Following backlash from his remarks, Morgan backtracked on his statement, claiming he was joking.

“I would say I can’t believe anyone took my obvious Beyoncé joke post seriously… but I forgot the woke brigade have zero sense of humour,” Morgan wrote.

“I think the whole concept of ‘cultural appropriation’ is bulls**t. What’s wrong with celebrating another country’s fashion, food etc?” he added.

The broadcaster even responded to Warwick's defense of Bey, saying, “Oh not you too, Dionne… it was a JOKE!”

Amid speculation over who's running Warwick's X account, the singer confirmed that she writes her own tweets.

“Hey y’all, it’s Auntie!” Warwick said in a video on Wednesday. “Why is it that you all find it so difficult to think that I could write my tweets? Why not?!”
