Tems fans in the U.S. couldn't wait to see the singer belt out her greatest hits, and she came through with a show they'll never forget.

The Nigerian singer officially kicked off the U.S. leg of her "Born In The Wild Tour" at the Fillmore Miami Beach on Thursday night, August 22. The show began with an elegant set from OVO Sound's recent signee Naomi Sharon. The Dutch artist had the crowd on their feet as she belted out songs from her recent project Obsidian as well as her most recent single "Nothing Sweeter." Sharon did well to prepare the crowd for Tems' performance.

The 29-year-old bombshell made her grand entrance while surrounded by a live band. She gave fans an oral history of her iconic catalog from her first major hit "Mr. Rebel," which inspired real fans to sing along with her, to her most recent hits off her recent album Born In The Wild like "Love Me JeJe." Fans also went wild when the beat for her influential song "Higher" came on. She delivered the track, which is sampled in Future's "Wait For U," to a sea of screaming followers who knew every word.

Tems was fully engaged with her fans throughout the show. At one point, Tems even turned one of her songs into a duet with a male fan and sent him a heart-shaped hand sign afterward. She continued the show with her most recent hits like "Love Me JeJe" and "Me & U." Of course, she couldn't leave without performing her hit with Wizkid "Essence" and her successful single "Free Mind."

Tems' tour stop in Miami was the first of her 17-city trek in the U.S. for her "Born In The Wild Tour." The Grammy award-winning singer and Naomi Sharon plan to hit up other major cities until they wrap things up in Los Angeles on October 1. Check out more scenes from the show below.
