50 Cent On Tekashi 69 'Snitching'— 'I Can Identify With How He Was Feeling'

50 Cent can empathize with the situation Tekashi 6ix9ine has found himself in.

While on Real 92.3's Big Boy's Neighborhood radio show, the rapper turned business mogul got real about his friendship with the incarcerated rapper and revealed his thoughts on 6ix9ine's current legal situation.

"Tekashi 6ix9ine never had my phone number in his phone 'cause I already [knew] the heat that would come [because of] the things that were actually happening," 50 explained. "I didn't want to be involved in that case 'cause I [when] what [was] happening."

The Power producer was then asked what he thought of the 23-year-old rapper's alleged "snitching," since he copped a plea and has since been acting as a cooperating witness for the Feds. "I don't even know how to explain it [...] Under those circumstances, I can identify with how he was feeling," 50 admitted.

"When you find out that Shotti [Tekashi's former manager, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison for gun charges earlier this month] is sleeping with your baby mother and angry with you enough to kill you. He's not from that," 50 said, referencing the rumors Shotti slept with 6ix9ine's daughter's mother before allegedly setting him up.

"He's completely alienated. There's no way out of it," 50 added of 6ix9ine's possible thought process. "You can sit in jail for the rest of your life or for 20 years of your life, and support and be loyal to guys that were sleeping with your baby's mother and getting ready to attack your mother. "

As fans know, 6ix9ine is currently being held in federal jail without bail. In January, he entered a guilty plea for nine federal charges against him, including multiple counts of racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offenses, and narcotics trafficking. While it's unclear what sentence he'll have after coping guilty pleas — he was previously facing 32 years to life after being charged with six federal crimes (more charges were added while he was behind bars)— he will be sentenced on January 23, 2020.

On Tuesday (September 17), he is scheduled to appear in federal court in Manhattan as a government witness, testifying against his former crew, the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.
